Training Assistance:
  Six-month Industrial Exposure Training is offered to all Diploma students at the end of the first year. Leading hotel chain visits our Academy for selecting students. One year craft course students are given three months training in their chosen specialty in various deluxe hotels.  
Bakery:
  Well equipped state-of-art bakery and confectionery lab capable of producing variety of International products in breads, pastries, cakes, pudding and cookies. They are produced by the students under the direction of the pastry Chef.  

Beverage tending school:

  The Academy has a first of its kind, fully bar fledged Bar school, which imparts comprehensive training in bar operations of a hotel. The students have the facility to specialize since it is an in-house beverage management school.
